The Cycle Electric Rectifying Regulator CE-608 is an aftermarket voltage regulator designed for 2009–2013 Harley-Davidson Touring (FLH/FLT) models equipped with a factory low-mount oil cooler.

Blocking vs. Shunt Design: Unlike standard shunt-style regulators that dump excess current to the ground and create high stator heat, this unit blocks current to control voltage.
Lower Operating Temperatures: Reduced stator current means less heat, less engine drag, and extended life for your battery and stator.
Relocated Mount: Designed to hang from the upper frame crossmember to move the regulator away from the hot oil cooler.
