The HS42/061-45TC H (also referenced as HS42/061-45TC) is a high-performance alloy intake manifold manufactured by Mikuni.
It is specifically designed to mount Mikuni HSR42 and HSR45 carburetors onto Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines featuring stock-length cylinders and a MAP sensor port.
Technical Specifications & Fitment
Application: Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines (fits models like 1999–2006 Softail and Dyna series with stock cylinders).
Carburetor Compatibility: Works with Mikuni HSR42 (42mm) and HSR45 (45mm) smoothbore carburetors.
Features: Includes a built-in MAP sensor hole/provision.
Important Installation Notes
Rubber Flange Sold Separately: The manifold itself does not include the rubber mounting flange. You must separately purchase the correct adapter flange based on your carburetor size:HS42/062-42 (or HS42/062-42K) for 42mm carburetors.HS42/062-45 (or HS42/062-45K) for 45mm carburetors.
