SUPERSTOCK MATERIAL COMPARISON: CARBON VERSUS FIBER VARIATIONS
Boyesen Superstock are available for most machines in either traditional fiber or in a slightly more responsive carbon variation. Both reed types are tensioned to match stock but the use of carbon fiber gives the Superstock Carbon reeds a smoother transition and a better overall power delivery when compared to the Superstock Fiber reed variation.

The RC2 Series Superstock Carbon reed now features category-leading toughening additives to increase reed petal lifespan by resisting breakdown from damaging agents found in fuel. All RC2 Series Superstock Carbon reeds contain a proprietary formulation of resin additive that works to create stronger molecular alignment while maintaining the carbon's overall modulus of elasticity.

X-CROSS DUAL CARBON WEAVE
All Superstock Carbon reeds feature Boyesen hybrid carbon material interwoven into specific tension combinations that tension to match stock configurations.
