All pistons, rings, pins and circlips are manufactured to OEM specifications
All individual components are interchangeable with original parts
Piston weight compatible with original piston
Includes: 1 piston, 1 ring set, 1 wrist pin and 2 circlips
T-Moly (Teflon-Molybdenum coating) Series offers a number of performance benefits.
Machined Smooth Heads:
A machined smooth piston crown should reflect combustion heat while reducing carbon buildup and protecting the top of the piston. Some tests have shown tht a machine smooth head can increase HP and fuel economy by up to 6%.
MOS2 (Teflon-Molybdenum coating):
MOS2 is composed of sub-micron sized particles of solid lubricant and main blends of solvents. The coating is rolled on so it provides 10 times the bond strength of spray on coatings.
Draws heat through piston walls and out the bottom
Reduces heat and friction for added power and longevity
Helps eliminate cold seizures and increases durability
Hard Anodized Crowns:
Pistons that are not anodized have a hardness of HRB 60, while pistons that are anodized have a hardness of HRB 105. this makes anodized pistons 75% stronger than non-anodized pistons.
Increases heat resistance
Minimizes piston expansion and contraction
Reduces the coefficient of friction
Hypereutectic Cast:
This simply means the piston has an increased silicon content. The end result is a piston that has an increased hardness, is more resistant to wear and has an increased ability to withstand higher cyliner temperatures, pressure and detonation.
Helps reduce expansion from heat
Makes piston more durable and resistant to wear
Allow piston to run tighter clearances
Standard Size
Bore: 66.5mm (2.618")
Stroke: 57mm (2.244")
